Who we are
NeoRidge LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We build and run the commercial side of owner-operated trade businesses: demand, the phone, follow-up, records and process.

What we collect
Only what you hand us. We do not buy lists and we do not track you around the internet.

- Your email address
- Anything you type into the chat box or write to us
You give us this by using the chat box on this site, by emailing us, or by telling us on a call. There is no other form on this site that collects a phone number.
What we use it for
To reply to you about the thing you contacted us about, and to follow up if you asked us to. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box in the chat window, you are agreeing that NeoRidge LLC may text or call the number you gave us, including by automated means.
Your phone number and your consent to be texted are never shared with anyone else, for any purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop immediately. Reply HELP for help. You can also just email us and ask.
How long we keep it
We keep the record of your consent, the messages sent, and any opt-out for at least four years. That is not us being acquisitive. Keeping the record is how we can prove, years later, that you agreed and when, which is the point of consent in the first place.
Everything else we delete when it stops being useful.
Asking us to stop, or to delete
Email jacob@neoridge.co and ask. You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it.
One exception: where we are required to keep a consent or opt-out record, we keep that record and nothing else. Deleting proof that you asked us to stop would not be in your interest.
Children
This is a service for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information.
